Educationist

Job Description:

• Review and approve tutor audio samples based on regional and subject-specific standards. Conduct, monitor, and finalize technical interviews to assess subject knowledge and communication skills.
• Plan and deliver training sessions to remote tutors to enhance teaching methodologies and virtual classroom effectiveness.
• Organize and oversee first and final mock sessions to ensure tutors meet teaching quality benchmarks.
• Provide onboarding and counseling support to newly hired tutors, addressing academic and professional concerns.
• Deliver structured curriculum training sessions to in-house candidates for consistent content delivery.

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education, English, or a relevant subject field (Master's preferred).
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in academic training, teaching, or tutor development — preferably in an online or EdTech environment.
• Prior experience in conducting interviews, evaluations, or educational quality assurance will be an advantage.

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong command of spoken and written English with excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Sound subject knowledge across academic curricula and the ability to assess teaching quality effectively.
• Proficiency in using online teaching platforms and digital training tools (e.g., Zoom, Google Classroom, LMS portals).
• Ability to plan, conduct, and monitor interactive training sessions and mock evaluations.
• Empathetic and approachable personality with a knack for coaching, mentoring, and motivating educators.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
• Collaborative mindset — able to work effectively with recruitment, academic, and operations teams.

Preferred:

• Experience in curriculum training or teacher onboarding programs.
• Background in educational counseling or teacher performance enhancement.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs80, Rs100,000.00 per month
