We are urgently looking for Head Of Internal Audit for one our clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Assess the effectiveness of the company's internal controls, risk management, and governance processes, and report findings to management.
  • Identify business risks, maintain an updated Risk Register, and develop risk mitigation plans in line with organizational goals.
  • Prepare, review, and update the Internal Audit Charter and Annual Audit Plan in compliance with international standards and company objectives.
  • Conduct internal audits across all departments and processes to ensure efficiency, transparency, and compliance with applicable laws and policies.
  • Review and verify key financial and operational activities, including reconciliations, payroll, procurement, cash handling, and warehouse management.
  • Prepare and present comprehensive audit reports with key findings and actionable recommendations to the Audit Committee and senior management.
  • Monitor and follow up on the implementation of corrective actions to address audit findings.
  • Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory or certification bodies (ISO, SEDEX, etc.) to ensure compliance and smooth audit processes.
  • Promote a strong internal control culture by training staff and improving processes to enhance compliance and accountability.
  • Lead, guide, and evaluate the performance of the internal audit team to ensure effectiveness and continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • Education: CA Qualified
  • Experience: Minimum 10 years of proven experience, including 4–5 years in a head or managerial role with strong leadership and decision-making abilities.
  • Skills:
  • Strong knowledge of financial systems, internal controls, and corporate governance.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and report-writing skills.
  • Proven ability to lead teams and manage cross-functional reviews effectively.

Salary: Up to 450,000 (based on experience and qualifications)

Incentives: Fuel, Vehicle, Health Insurance, Life Insurance, OPD Coverage, Annual Increment, Provident Fund (PF), Annual Leaves.

Location: DHA Lahore.

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Timing: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs450, Rs500,000.00 per month
