The candidate will be required to:
- Make calls to the inquiries received through emails & Facebook and provide relevant information.
- Convert Inquiries into sales
- Consult students on career choices, choose courses in foreign educational institutes and universities
- Assistance with admission, GS stage and visa application
- Handling and identification of prospective clients through different channels like E-mails, Online Queries, LinkedIn, Visitors
- Handle and process the cases of respective clients with extreme care
- Respond to all queries raised by client/department during the case processing and give follow-up where necessary
Skills Required:
- Education (Minimum Bachelors Degree)
- Target Oriented, with an excellent service-oriented attitude
- Proficient in MS Office especially MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Fluent in English
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Pleasant and well-groomed personality
- 1-2 Years of Job experience preferred in the same industry
