Job Title: Laravel Developer (3+ Years Experience)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Laravel Developer with 3+ years of professional experience in developing web applications. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Laravel, PHP, MySQL, REST APIs, and modern front-end technologies. You will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and optimizing scalable web applications that deliver high-quality user experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, test, and maintain web applications using Laravel Framework (PHP).
  • Design and implement RESTful APIs for web and mobile applications.
  • Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code following best practices.
  • Integrate front-end elements templates) with back-end logic.
  • Work with MySQL/PostgreSQL databases, including complex queries and optimization.
  • Debug, troubleshoot, and upgrade existing applications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including UI/UX designers, front-end developers, and QA engineers.
  • Ensure applications are secure, fast, and optimized for performance.
  • Participate in code reviews, contribute to technical documentation, and follow agile development practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of proven experience in PHP and Laravel framework.
  • Strong understanding of OOP, MVC architecture, and design patterns.
  • Proficiency in MySQL/SQL databases and query optimization.
  • Experience in RESTful APIs and third-party integrations (e.g., payment gateways, SMS, email, etc.).
  • Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and AJAX.
  • Hands-on experience with front-end frameworks , React, or Angular preferred).
  • Knowledge of Git version control.
  • Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with Composer, Artisan commands, and Laravel ecosystem tools.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.

Preferred Skills (Good to Have):

  • Experience with Docker, AWS, or DigitalOcean deployments.
  • Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines.
  • Understanding of unit testing & TDD (PHPUnit, Pest).
  • Familiarity with microservices architecture.
  • Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
