Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Commission Sales Associate. The Commission Sales Associate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, building relationships, and securing project contracts. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market research, reaching out to prospects, presenting services, negotiating contracts, and following up with clients to ensure satisfaction. The role also involves collaborating with the team to develop sales strategies and achieve targets.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or a related field
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and achieve targets remotely
  • Understanding of digital services including UI/UX design, website development, and e-commerce solutions is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
