Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and knowledgeable Sales Pharmacist to join our retail team, specializing in cosmetic and skincare products. The ideal candidate will combine pharmaceutical knowledge with a passion for beauty and skincare to assist customers, recommend products, and drive sales.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy (Pharm-D) or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in pharmaceutical sales or a related field is preferred.
  • Valid pharmacy license (if required by law).
  • Skills:
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Sales-driven mindset with negotiation abilities.
  • Knowledge of pharmaceutical products and industry regulations.
  • Ability to travel within assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert advice to customers on cosmetic and skincare products based on their skin type, concerns, and medical history.
  • Stay up to date with the latest cosmetic products, ingredients, and trends. Explain product benefits, usage, and potential interactions to customers.
  • Achieve or exceed sales targets by actively promoting and upselling cosmetic brands, cross-selling related products (e.g., supplements, sunblocks).
  • Monitor stock levels, place orders for cosmetic items, and ensure timely replenishment. Assist with visual merchandising and stock displays.
  • Conduct mini skincare consultations, product testing, or demos when required. Educate staff or clients on new launches or hero products.
  • Ensure all products sold meet health and safety standards. Provide accurate usage instructions, check for contraindications, and document any adverse reactions reported by customers.
  • Maintain sales records, track customer preferences, and provide feedback on popular products or customer concerns to brand representatives or managers.

Note: The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pharmacy, excellent communication skills, and a sales-driven mindset.
