We are looking for a highly skilled Development Manager to lead the technical evolution of SAAS, an AI-powered assistant that reduces customer friction and boosts conversions for restaurants and related industries. This role requires balancing hands-on technical expertise with strategic oversight as we scale from structured MCP-driven systems to hybrid vector-based search and personalization.

Responsibilities

Lead the development of the GetFork platform across current and future architectures.

Manage and mentor engineers, driving agile development practices.

Oversee MCP server orchestration, API integrations, and database design.

Guide the transition toward hybrid search using both keyword and semantic/vector approaches.

Design and implement query fusion, personalization logic, and real-time compliance checks.

Collaborate with product and R&D teams to align technical roadmap with business goals.

Ensure security, scalability, and compliance with industry standards.

Required Skills

MERN / Full-Stack Development: Strong proficiency in , React/React Native, MongoDB, and AWS deployment.

Model Context Protocol (MCP): Experience building MCP servers (Node/TS preferred) and managing session KV stores for user state.

Database Design: Expertise in MongoDB Atlas Search or similar, with schema design for structured data (FAQs, promotions, user profiles).

LLM Orchestration: Ability to route queries across domains, apply prompt engineering, and maintain guardrails.

Vector Databases & Hybrid Search: Familiarity with Pinecone, Qdrant, or Weaviate; embedding models; fusion pipelines; scoring normalization.

Complex Query Handling: Building multi-search orchestrators and parsing queries across multiple domains.

Personalization: Experience applying user tags/preferences and enabling real-time recommendations.

Bonus Skills

Familiarity with Claude SDK or similar agent frameworks.

Knowledge of real-time data infrastructure (Kafka, Flink).

Background in data privacy, security, and compliance for sensitive data.
