About the role
We are looking for a highly skilled Sitecore Developer with strong experience in migration and development using the Sitecore framework in a .NET environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing and optimizing Sitecore solutions, managing content migrations from legacy systems, and developing custom features to enhance the user experience. Responsibilities & Tasks

Sitecore Development:
o Design, develop, and implement solutions using the Sitecore platform.
o Customize Sitecore components (e.g., templates, rendering components, layouts) to meet business requirements.
o Develop and maintain Sitecore features, modules, and integrations with third-party systems.
o Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the Sitecore implementation is aligned with business goals and requirements.

Sitecore Migration:
o Lead and manage Sitecore content migrations from legacy systems (e.g., from Sitecore 7.x to 9.x, or from non-Sitecore systems).
o Develop and execute scripts for data migration and content synchronization between old and new systems.
o Troubleshoot migration issues and work with project managers to mitigate risks.

System Integration:
o Integrate Sitecore with external systems, APIs, and other services.
o Ensure seamless data flow and content synchronization across platforms.
o Perform integration testing and resolve any integration-related issues.

Performance Optimization:
o Analyze and optimize Sitecore performance (e.g., caching strategies, database optimization).
o Implement best practices to ensure Sitecore applications are scalable, responsive, and reliable.

Collaboration and Documentation:
o Work closely with business stakeholders, UX/UI teams, and other developers to deliver high-quality Sitecore solutions.
o Create technical documentation for Sitecore solutions, migration processes, and system integrations.
o Provide ongoing support and maintenance for Sitecore solutions.
Position Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science a related field.
4–6 years of experience in Sitecore framework and .Net.
