Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Shift Manager at Boomerang Pakistan, located in Lahore. The Shift Manager will oversee daily operations, ensure excellent customer satisfaction, and maintain high standards of food and beverage quality. Responsibilities include managing staff, handling customer inquiries, and ensuring a smooth and efficient service. The Shift Manager will also be involved in hiring and training employees, maintaining inventory, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service
  • Experience in Hiring and Training staff
  • Excellent Communication skills
  • Knowledge and experience in Food & Beverage industry
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Leadership and team management skills
  • Minimum 2 years of Experience in a similar role.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certification is a plus
