About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven SEO Executive to join our growing digital team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning and executing SEO strategies that drive organic traffic, improve search engine rankings, and contribute to business growth. You should have a deep understanding of SEO tools, algorithms, on-page and off-page optimization, and content strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Conduct in-depth keyword research, competitor analysis, and technical SEO audits.
  • Optimize website content, meta tags, headings, and internal linking for improved visibility.
  • Perform technical SEO tasks including site speed optimization, crawlability, and indexability improvements.
  • Collaborate with developers to implement technical changes and improve website architecture.
  • Work with content teams to ensure SEO best practices are followed across all content.
  • Build and manage high-quality backlinks using white-hat link-building techniques.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on SEO performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Moz.
  • Stay updated with the latest Google algorithm updates and SEO trends to ensure ongoing effectiveness.
  • Present regular performance reports and actionable insights to stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of proven SEO experience in a digital agency or corporate environment.
  • Strong understanding of Google algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO best practices.
  • Hands-on experience with SEO tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, etc.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and WordPress is a plus.
  • Ability to conduct technical SEO audits and implement technical improvements.
  • Proficient in on-page and off-page SEO techniques.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, IT, or a related field.
  • Experience working with international websites or markets is a plus.
