Role Overview

We are seeking a
talented Unreal Engine Developer
who can merge the
art of gaming
with the
science of simulation
.

In this role, you'll develop high-quality, real-time experiences — including
VR/AR-based training simulations, interactive virtual environments, and gamified learning systems
. You'll collaborate with 3D artists, game designers, and AI engineers to deliver immersive, data-driven experiences that feel as
intuitive as games
and as
valuable as enterprise tools
.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and optimize
    interactive 3D simulations, games, and immersive experiences
    using
    Unreal Engine (preferably UE5)
    .
  • Design and implement
    core gameplay mechanics
    and
    interaction systems
    using
    C++
    and
    Blueprints
    .
  • Integrate
    VR/AR/XR features
    and ensure seamless interaction across devices (Meta Quest, HTC Vive, Pico, etc.).
  • Collaborate with artists and designers to achieve
    cinematic-quality visuals
    while maintaining
    real-time performance
    .
  • Implement
    AI behaviors, environment logic,
    and
    procedural systems
    to enhance simulation realism.
  • Optimize for
    high frame rates
    and
    low latency
    across VR and non-VR platforms.
  • Contribute to
    game design discussions
    , providing input on gameplay ideas, flow, and user experience.
  • Support development of
    enterprise gamification features
    (progress systems, scoring, leaderboards, etc.).
  • Collaborate with
    AI/ML teams
    to integrate intelligent systems into immersive experiences.
  • Conduct
    R&D on emerging Unreal features
    (Niagara, Chaos Physics, MetaHuman, etc.) and propose innovations for future projects.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years
    of professional experience in
    Unreal Engine (UE4/UE5)
    development.
  • Proficiency in
    C++ programming
    and
    Blueprint scripting
    .
  • Strong understanding of
    gameplay mechanics, real-time rendering, and physics systems
    .
  • Experience building
    VR/AR/XR
    or
    real-time 3D interactive environments
    .
  • Familiarity with
    networked multiplayer systems
    or
    replication frameworks
    is a plus.
  • Strong
    debugging
    and
    performance optimization
    skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with
    cross-functional teams
    (designers, artists, engineers).
  • Bachelor's degree in
    Computer Science, Game Development,
    or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
