Senior Python / AI Engineer
, you'll play a key 100%
hands-on
role in architecting and developing intelligent backend systems that merge
advanced AI models
with
robust Django-based services
.

What You'll Do:Backend Development

  • Design, build, and maintain scalable backend services using
    Python
    and
    Django REST Framework (DRF)
    .
  • Develop and optimize
    RESTful APIs
    and integrations for React and mobile clients.
  • Follow
    test-driven development (TDD)
    principles to ensure reliability and maintainability.
  • Build and manage
    ETL / ELT pipelines
    for data ingestion, transformation, and processing.

AI/ML Engineering

  • Design and implement
    AI/ML pipelines
    including
    Large Language Models (LLMs)
    ,
    RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation)
    , and
    NLP
    solutions.
  • Develop, fine-tune, and deploy ML and LLM-based systems for real-world applications.
  • Work with
    MLOps
    frameworks for versioning, monitoring, and scaling AI models.
  • Integrate
    AI features
    seamlessly into Django backend services.
  • Evaluate and optimize model performance, latency, and inference cost.
  • Stay updated with emerging AI technologies (e.g., fine-tuning frameworks, quantization, vLLM, , etc.).

Cloud & DevOps

  • Deploy and maintain applications on
    AWS
    (Lambda, ECS, EKS, S3, RDS, API Gateway, EC2, SQS, etc.).
  • Utilize
    Docker
    and
    Git
    for version control, CI/CD, and containerized deployments.
  • Ensure high system availability, observability, and cost-efficiency.

What We're Looking For:Must-Have

  • 5–8 years of
    hands-on Python experience
    with strong expertise in
    Django REST Framework
    .
  • Proven experience in designing and optimizing scalable
    REST APIs
    .
  • Solid background in
    AI/ML
    , particularly
    LLMs
    ,
    RAG
    , and
    MLOps
    .
  • Experience with
    data pipelines
    and
    ETL/ELT design
    .
  • Proficiency with
    PostgreSQL
    ,
    Redis
    , and
    AWS
    services.
  • Strong command of
    software architecture
    ,
    design patterns
    , and
    system optimization
    .
  • Experience writing
    unit tests
    ,
    integration tests
    , and following
    TDD
    .

Nice-to-Have
