Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Lahore for a Deputy Manager QA - Dyeing & Folding. The role involves overseeing all quality assurance processes within the dyeing and folding departments. Key responsibilities include monitoring quality standards, analyzing process compliance, identifying areas for improvements, and implementing necessary measures to ensure premium production quality. The Deputy Manager will coordinate with various teams to manage quality control and ensure alignment with company standards and client requirements.

Qualifications

  • Strong technical knowledge and skills in Dyeing and Folding operations
  • Expertise in Quality Assurance processes and ability to implement and monitor compliance effectively
  • Experience in problem-solving and process improvement within textile manufacturing
  • Leadership abilities to manage teams and coordinate cross-departmental efforts in ensuring quality standards
  • Excellent analytical and decision-making skills with an attention to detail
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with diverse teams
  • Educational background in Textile Engineering/Technology or a relevant field is highly desirable
  • Proficiency in using relevant software tools and systems for quality control is an advantage
