Salary: Will be decided after the interview

Experience: min 2 years in full-stack development must be Proficient in both React and Django.

  • This is a full-time role; apply only if you are available for_ single employment _without other job commitments.
  • Only candidates with core expertise in both React and Django, along with team lead experience, will be considered.

FalconXoft is looking for talented Full Stack React & Django Developers for Senior role. Join our dynamic team to work on innovative projects and contribute to impactful web applications.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of developers to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using React (front-end) and Django (back-end).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-performance, responsive applications.
  • Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers to promote best practices.
  • Architect robust APIs, databases, and server-side logic.
  • Ensure performance, quality, and responsiveness by addressing performance bottlenecks.
  • Contribute to project planning, manage resources, and ensure smooth communication across departments.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of professional experience in React and Django; at least 1 year in a leadership role.
  • Strong proficiency in JavaScript, Python, HTML, CSS3, and RESTful APIs.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
