Job Description:

We are seeking a well-organized and professional Receptionist to join our team in Sargodha. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for clients, handle inquiries, and support the smooth functioning of our front desk operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming phone calls and inquiries efficiently.
  • Provide basic information about study abroad programs and services.
  • Greet and assist walk-in clients and visitors in a professional and welcoming manner.
  • Maintain front desk records and ensure smooth communication flow.
  • Support administrative tasks as required.

Requirements:

  • Minimum FA/BA or equivalent qualification.
  • Good computer knowledge (MS Office, email, internet browsing, etc.).
  • Previous front desk or receptionist experience is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks with professionalism and accuracy.
