Job Title: Manager Supply Chain

Location: Karachi ( On-Site)


Salary: Market-based

Job Timings: Monday to Friday

Experience: 3-5 years

Overview:

As the Manager of Supply Chain, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the end-to-end supply chain functions. You'll collaborate cross-functionally to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and ensure seamless operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic initiatives to optimize supply chain processes.
  • Manage procurement, logistics, and inventory management to meet business objectives.
  • Collaborate with vendors and partners to strengthen relationships and negotiate favorable terms.
  • Analyze data and trends to make informed decisions that improve supply chain performance.
  • Lead a high-performing team, providing guidance, mentorship, and fostering a collaborative work environment.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field. MBA is a plus.
  • Proven experience in supply chain management with a successful track record.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in supply chain software and tools.
  • Excellent leadership and communication abilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
