We are a growing digital services agency seeking an experienced 
High-Ticket Sales Manager/Upwork Bidder
to join our team on a
commission-only basis
.

Your responsibilities will include 
bidding on high-quality projects
, communicating with potential clients, and 
closing deals ranging from $500
to
$5,000+
.

We specialize in:

• E-commerce Management (Etsy, Walmart, Shopify)
• Digital Marketing (PPC, SMM, Email Marketing)
• Product Listing Optimization
• Branding & Graphic Design
• Automation & Business Process Outsourcing

We need someone who can
represent our agency professionally
, bring in
consistent high-ticket conversions
, and help scale our client acquisition.

Responsibilities

• Identify and bid on relevant, high-value projects on Upwork.
• Write persuasive, custom proposals for each client.
• Initiate conversations, answer questions, and nurture leads.
• Schedule discovery calls and help close clients.
• Maintain daily activity reports and sales tracking.
• Develop strategies to increase win-rate and revenue.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an
  Upwork bidder / sales closer
  (1+ year minimum).
• Strong understanding of digital services & agency workflows.
• Excellent communication skills (English fluency required).
• Ability to write personalized proposals that convert.
• Consistent availability and fast response times.
• Hungry, motivated, and results-driven mindset.

Compensation

This is a
commission-based role
with industry-leading incentives:

• 15% – 25% commission
  per closed deal
• Bonuses for exceeding monthly sales targets
• Long-term partnership opportunities for top performers

There is
no fixed salary;
earnings depend on performance. Our current closers earn
$1,000 – $3,500/month
purely from commissions.
