Performance Marketer

We are currently seeking a Performance Marketer to join our marketing team in Karachi. This role is ideal for a results-oriented professional with a strong analytical mindset and hands-on experience in paid media campaign management.

Position Overview

As a Performance Marketer at RixDigi, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid marketing campaigns across multiple platforms, including Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and YouTube.

You will collaborate with the creative, design, and strategy teams to deliver measurable business results and ensure consistent brand performance across all channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage comprehensive performance marketing strategies to achieve business goals related to lead generation, conversions, and brand visibility.
• Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns on Meta, Google, and LinkedIn platforms.
• Conduct A/B testing on creatives, ad copy, and landing pages to improve conversion rates and reduce acquisition costs.
• Monitor and analyze key metrics including CPC, CTR, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates, using tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and Looker Studio.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency, message alignment, and effective landing page performance.
• Manage campaign budgets efficiently and prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
• Stay informed about industry trends, platform updates, and emerging technologies to maintain competitive advantage.
• Recommend data-driven strategies to improve campaign effectiveness and marketing ROI.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in performance or digital marketing roles.
• Proven expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads management.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills with proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and Data Studio.
• Excellent understanding of conversion funnels, attribution models, and tracking mechanisms.
• Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Skills (Not Mandatory)

• Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Zapier).
• Knowledge of conversion rate optimization (CRO) principles and testing methodologies.
• Familiarity with AI-based ad optimization tools or programmatic advertising.
• Basic understanding of SEO and retargeting strategies.
