Link building & Outreach Specialist
to help us expand our reach, build strategic backlinks partnerships, and boost brand visibility through paid and organic outreach initiatives.

Role Overview

The Outreach Specialist
will be responsible for developing and executing
outreach and backlinks partnership strategies
to increase traffic, conversions, and brand awareness. This includes building relationships with U.S.-based publishers to drive targeted traffic to our online store.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage free and paid outreach campaigns to promote Brand and products.
  • Identify and partner with bloggers, content creators, and media outlets relevant to the U.S. market.
  • Negotiate sponsorship deals, advertorials, paid placements, and collaborations.
  • Coordinate with the content and creative team to produce high-performing outreach materials.
  • Track, analyze, and optimize campaigns to ensure maximum ROI and conversion.
  • Maintain a database of publishers, outreach contacts, and campaign performance records.
  • Stay updated on U.S. market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor outreach strategies.
  • Collaborate with SEO and paid ads teams to align outreach with overall marketing goals.
  • Report outreach performance regularly to the Head of SEO.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 1+ years of experience in paid outreach and digital partnerships (eCommerce experience preferred).
  • Proven success running free and paid outreach campaigns targeting the U.S. market.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Analytics, and Google Search Console.
  • Strong analytical mindset and ability to optimize campaigns for conversions and ROI.
  • Experience managing multiple campaigns simultaneously.

Preferred Skills

  • Knowledge of SEO and content marketing best practices.
  • Understanding of U.S. consumer trends and seasonal buying behavior.
