Position Overview

The Data Entry Officer is responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining company data and records in both digital and physical formats. This role requires attention to detail, speed, and accuracy to ensure that all information is properly managed and available for operational, reporting, and compliance purposes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Enter, update, and verify data in company systems.
  • Maintain accurate client, employee, and project records.
  • Review and correct errors or inconsistencies in data.
  • Organize and manage electronic and hard copy files.
  • Prepare reports and summaries from collected data.
  • Coordinate with departments to ensure data accuracy.
  • Retrieve and share information as requested by management.
  • Follow company data entry procedures and compliance rules
  • Meet daily/weekly/monthly data entry targets.
  • Strong typing speed and accuracy (More than 40 words per sec).

Qualifications

Minimum: Intermediate/High School Diploma (Bachelor's preferred).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs33,000.00 per month
