On the lookout for a dynamic Graphic Designer to join our creative team at the Lahore Head Office. This opportunity is perfect for fresh graduates or individuals with up to one year of experience who possess a strong creative mindset and a knack for visual storytelling. In this role, you will leverage your skills in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Canva, and AI image generation techniques to develop compelling visual content that effectively communicates our brand's message. As a crucial member of the design team, you will focus on executing innovative concepts and transforming ideas into visually engaging graphics that enhance our marketing efforts and strengthen our brand identity. This position does not involve managing a team, allowing you to fully immerse yourself in your creative contributions and personal development during your six-month trainee period, which may lead to a permanent role based on performance.

Fresh Graduates from BNU, NCA, PUCAD are highly preffered for this role.

Responsibilities;

  • Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to create visually appealing graphics for a variety of digital and print media.
  • Develop and execute design concepts tailored to various projects, such as social media posts, brochures, advertisements, and presentations.
  • Utilize Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator to produce high-quality images and design elements that align with established brand standards.
  • Apply design principles and practices to transform raw ideas and information into engaging visual narratives that resonate with our audience.
  • Incorporate AI image generation tools to enhance design projects and streamline the creative process, optimizing overall productivity.
  • Stay updated on the latest industry trends, tools, and best practices in graphic design to continually enhance your skills and creative output.
  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery while adhering to established deadlines and project requirements.
  • Ensure consistency in brand messaging and aesthetics throughout all creative materials, maintaining a cohesive brand identity.
  • Seek constructive feedback on your designs and iterate based on input from team members, refining and improving final products to meet project goals
