We are seeking a passionate Sales Intern (Male/Female) to join our team If you love solving problems, possess good communication skills, are interested in Tech, and can engage with clients, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain strong customer relationships:
- Build rapport with existing clients and identify new business opportunities.
- Proactively engage with clients to understand their IT needs and challenges.
- Address customer inquiries and assist relevant teams in resolving issues promptly and professionally.
Sales and Business Development:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through lead generation activities (e.g., cold calling, email campaigns, networking).
- Coordinate with the Pre-sales team to ensure timely responses to customer queries.
- Prepare and present compelling proposals and presentations to potential clients.
Customer Service:
- Provide ongoing support to clients throughout the entire customer lifecycle.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing concerns and resolving issues promptly.
- Build strong relationships with key decision-makers within client organizations.
Market Analysis & Research:
- Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
- Conduct market research to identify potential new clients and business opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or Equivalent Experience.
- 0-1 year of experience in customer relationship management, sales, or a related field (preferably in the IT industry).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Good presentation and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Strong work ethic and a results-oriented approach.
