Store supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily store operations including receiving, inspecting, storing, and issuing materials.
• Maintain accurate stock levels by performing regular inventory checks and audits.
• Ensure proper labelling, categorization, and storage of items as per standards.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly stock reports.
• Monitor and control stock movement to avoid overstocking or shortages.
• Coordinate with procurement, production, and accounts departments for material requirements.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and organization of the store area.
• Record-keeping.
• Verify all incoming and outgoing materials against documentation (invoices or delivery notes).
• Handle stock damage, returns, and reconciliation processes.
• Ensure that safety and security procedures are followed within the store premises.
• Use inventory software or odd ERP systems for recording and tracking items.
• Proficient in Excel & word
