About Us:
We are a growing web development & digital agency with a skilled in-house development team. Now we are looking for an experienced Upwork Bidder / Business Development Executive who can bring quality projects through Upwork and help us scale internationally.
- Responsibilities:
Write customized proposals daily on Upwork (no copy-paste). - Communicate with clients professionally, understand their requirements.
- Arrange meetings/calls with clients and close deals.
- Coordinate with our internal development team after project closing.
Maintain daily/weekly reporting of proposals, responses, and deals closed.
Requirements:
Proven experience in bidding on Upwork (minimum 2-3 years).- Strong English communication (written + verbal).
- Ability to write professional, client-focused proposals.
- Track record of closing projects in Web Development / Mobile Apps / Digital Services.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and reliable.
