We are looking for a Telesales Representative – Arabic Speaking to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging with Arabic-speaking clients, managing sales inquiries, and driving successful deals. Key Responsibilities:

Client Engagement & Follow-ups

  • Initiate and maintain professional communication with potential and existing Arabic-speaking clients.
  • Follow up with clients to ensure timely progress on leads and deal closures.

Scheduling & Managing Meetings

  • Schedule and coordinate client meetings to discuss property listings and sales opportunities.
  • Assist in setting up virtual or in-person sales meetings to drive conversions.

Deal Submission & Quality Control (QC)

  • Submit deals for 
    QC approval or rejection
    , ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
  • Maintain proper documentation and record-keeping for all transactions.

1-3 years of experience in telesales, customer service, or real estate sales preferred.

Ability to handle high-volume calls and follow-ups effectively.

Proficiency in CRM tools, Microsoft Office, and sales tracking software.

Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-centric approach.
