What You'll Be Doing

As our dedicated
Short-Form Video Editor
, you'll be creating content that's optimized for speed, emotion, and shareability. You'll:

  • Edit and produce short-form video content for
    TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts
    , and Facebook
  • Cut raw footage into snappy, high-converting videos with smart transitions, trending audio, and on-point pacing
  • Add
    text overlays, captions, sound effects, music, motion graphics
    , and memes that align with current trends
  • Work closely with our creative and social media teams to align on goals, messaging, and tone
  • Repurpose long-form content into platform-optimized short versions
  • Stay on top of short-form trends, creators, formats, and viral hooks
  • Bring your own creative flair, concepts, and editing hacks to the table

You Are Someone Who...

  • Has
    1-3+ years of experience
    editing videos (bonus if you've worked on Reels/TikToks/Shorts)
  • Is fluent in tools like
    Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or Final Cut Pro
  • Understands pacing, retention, hook-building, and what makes short-form content
    pop
  • Has a strong eye for visual storytelling, timing, and style
  • Is always up to date with platform trends, meme culture, and viral editing styles
  • Can take initiative, manage deadlines, and adapt quickly to feedback
  • Bonus: Experience with basic color grading, sound design, or scripting hooks
