We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Flutter Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise in Flutter UI development, state management, and backend integrations. You will be responsible for building high-performance, maintainable, and scalable mobile applications. A strong understanding of client requirements, UI/UX collaboration, and technical feasibility analysis is essential.

Key Responsibilities


• Develop robust and user-friendly mobile applications using Flutter.


• Implement complex UI designs and responsive layouts using Flutter widgets.


• Manage application state using frameworks such as GetX and Riverpod.


• Integrate Google Maps API, including features like location tracking, markers, and geofencing.


• Integrate and manage backend services using Supabase, including authentication, databases, and real-time features.


• Implement RESTful API integrations with error handling and data parsing.


• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices and clean architecture principles.


• Optimize application performance for responsiveness, load time, and memory usage.


• Communicate effectively with clients to understand requirements and assess their technical feasibility.


• Conduct code reviews, unit testing, and participate in QA processes.


• Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in Flutter and mobile development.

Requirements


• 2+ Proven experience as a Flutter Developer.


• Strong expertise in Flutter and Dart programming language.


• Hands-on experience with GetX, Riverpod, or similar state management solutions.


• Proficiency in Google Maps SDK and geolocation-based features.


• Experience with Supabase, including authentication, real-time updates, and cloud Storage.


• Deep understanding of Flutter architecture, widget lifecycle, and performance optimization.


• Familiarity with platform-specific code using platform channels (iOS/Android).


• Solid understanding of Git and version control workflows.


• Ability to write unit tests and use debugging tools effectively.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


• Ability to translate client requirements into technical specifications and deliverables.


• Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications


• Experience with Firebase, App Store/Play Store deployment.


• Knowledge of animations, custom widgets, and responsive design patterns.
