Responsibilities:

• We are looking for an experienced Social Media Marketing Specialist to assist in the planning, execution, and optimization of our online marketing efforts.
• The promotion of products and services through digital channels is a complex procedure with great potential, which becomes increasingly useful for companies like ours.
• The ideal candidate will have a passion for marketing and technology.
• You will be well-versed in the concepts surrounding social media marketing and how the internet can be a powerful tool for driving revenue growth.
• You will be tech-savvy, intuitive, and full of creative ideas to enhance our marketing campaigns.
• Assist in developing strategies to build a lasting digital connection with consumers.
• Plan and monitor the company's ongoing presence on social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Launch optimized online advertisements via Facebook Boosts, stories, and updates to increase company and brand awareness.
• Be actively involved in SEO efforts (keyword research, image optimization, etc.).
• Prepare online newsletters and promotional emails, and organize their distribution through various channels.
• Provide creative ideas for content marketing and update the website accordingly.
• Collaborate with designers to improve user experience.
• Measure the performance of Social Media Marketing efforts using a variety of web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Web Trends, etc.).
• Stay updated on online marketing trends and ensure strategies are up-to-date.
• Maintain partnerships with media agencies and vendors.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Social Media Marketing Specialist or in a similar role.
• Excellent understanding of social media marketing concepts and best practices.
• Experience with B2C social media, Google AdWords, email campaigns, and SEO/SEM.
• Strong knowledge of web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, ScreamingFrog, Moz, etc.).
• Skilled in creative content writing.
• Strong analytical mindset and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a relevant field.
• Minimum of 3+ years of relevant experience.
