Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and manage bulk earthworks, roadworks, excavation, grading, and drainage
  • Oversee structural works including RCC foundations, steel structures, tanks, and buildings
  • Lead technical documentation including submittals, method statements, and construction plans
  • Apply advanced knowledge in geotechnical and structural design
  • Ensure compliance with international standards (ASTM, ACI, BS, etc.)
  • Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering (required)
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in civil construction, preferably on mining, industrial, or infrastructure projects
  • Proven leadership in managing both earthworks and structural execution
  • Strong communication and team management skills
  • Familiarity with international construction and safety standards
