Marketing Executive – Aptech Metro Stargate

We are seeking a proactive and detail-driven Marketing Executive to join our team at Aptech Metro Stargate. In this role, you'll be instrumental in executing marketing campaigns, organizing events, and managing both digital and offline marketing initiatives to strengthen our brand presence. Key Responsibilities:

Brand Awareness & Public Relations

  • Design marketing collateral including brochures, banners, and flyers.
  • Build and maintain relationships with schools, colleges, corporate partners, and influencers.
  • Participate in local community outreach and promotional activities.

Event Planning & Promotion

  • Organize and manage promotional events, workshops, and webinars.
  • Collaborate with faculty and guest speakers for lectures and student-centric programs.

Lead Generation

  • Execute strategies to drive leads and increase enrollment for courses and training programs.

Market Research & Competitive Analysis

  • Analyze student preferences, market trends, and competitors' strategies.
  • Provide actionable insights to enhance marketing initiatives.

Required Skills:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms.
  • Creativity in developing content and marketing materials.
  • Analytical thinking for evaluating campaign success.

Preferred Tools & Technologies:

  • Basic understanding of Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and digital advertising tools such as Facebook Ads, Google Ads, etc.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline.
  • 1–2 years of experience in a marketing role (fresh graduates with internships are encouraged to apply).
  • Strong organizational abilities and multitasking skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a creative mindset.
