Job Requirements

You will be expected to:

Use knowledge of website development and product feature integration in order to architect end-to-end web solutions for our customers.

Reduce the page load time across the website by making optimizations to scripts, images and animations, ensuring optimal user experience and page load speed on desktop and mobile.

Be involved in active discussions on open source community forums, code reviews, and proposing, implementing, and testing blueprints to design production-grade solutions for our customers.

Have the ability to lead the entire feature lifecycle (from the design to the delivery phases) of applications and products.

Ability to define and review the website architecture to meet high levels of scalability, resilience, and fault-tolerance.

Document code implementation details.

Design GUI that is user-friendly, operationally functional and visually appealing

Improve development processes, inspire and motivate others, work as a promoter of new ideas and technology solutions in the b2b tech space.

Job Qualification

BS in Computer Science/Software Engineering or similar

2 years minimum work experience with WordPress

2 years minimum work experience with WebFlow

Working knowledge of the following technologies: WebFlow, web front-end (HTML, SCSS/CSS, Javascript), Backend (PHP) is a must.

Strong knowledge and design concepts of object-oriented programming/development and asynchronous JavaScript.

Proficient knowledge of Wordpress and WebFlow framework, ability to develop/extend modules, create customized landing pages and integrate dynamic plugins. (Understanding of CMS like Shopify, WooCommerce would be plus point)

Must have expertise in libraries and frameworks like Bootstrap and JQuery (Understanding of React/Angular would be a plus point)

Basic knowledge of Search Engine Optimization process and tracking tools like Google Analytics and Facebook Pixels.

Proficient knowledge of optimization of the website for maximum speed and scalability.

Advanced knowledge of MySQL.

Experience integrating with web technologies and REST APIs.

Thorough knowledge of software development life cycle and best practices, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build process, continuous integration, and continuous delivery.

Strong grip and proficient understanding of version control tools, such as Git.

Knowledge of authentication and access control principles.

Strong software debugging and problem-solving skills.

Quick learner and ability to adapt to a customer-driven and fast-paced development environment. Aptitude to learn new bleeding-edge technologies.
