Assistant Microbiologist

Innova Group is looking for a skilled and motivated "Assistant Microbiologist" to contribute to our mission of delivering high-quality agricultural solutions. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about microbiological research and quality assurance in the pesticide industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct microbiological analysis of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products.
• Develop and optimize microbiological formulations for pesticides.
• Ensure compliance with quality control standards and protocols.
• Perform microbial testing to assess product efficacy and safety.
• Document test results, maintain lab records, and prepare technical reports.
• Assist in research and development projects to improve existing products.
• Follow safety guidelines and maintain cleanliness in the laboratory.

Job Requirements:

• BSc. / MSc. (Hons.) in Microbiology.
• Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of relevant experience are encouraged to apply.

Note: Candidates must pass a written test as part of the selection process.
