Job Description

We are hiring a
Client Engagement Executive
to manage company-provided leads, interact with potential clients, and assist them throughout the property buying process. The role focuses on client handling, follow-ups, and successful deal closures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with
    authentic leads provided by the company
  • Contact and follow up with potential clients via calls and meetings
  • Understand client requirements and present suitable property options
  • Coordinate and arrange site visits
  • Maintain long-term relationships with clients
  • Achieve monthly engagement and sales targets
  • Update and maintain client data in CRM systems

Requirements & Skills

  • Freshers or candidates with
    0–2 years of experience
    (real estate/sales preferred)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Confident, presentable, and client-focused
  • Target-oriented mindset
  • Basic understanding of real estate is a plus (training provided)
  • Flexible working attitude when required
