What You'll Do:

  • Lead
    network, infrastructure, and web application penetration tests
    .
  • Execute
    red-team and purple-team exercises
    simulating real-world attack scenarios.
  • Transform pentest findings into actionable SOC improvements (detections, playbooks, and response automation).
  • Collaborate closely with SOC and Threat Intel teams to enhance detection and response capabilities.
  • Mentor SOC Analysts and Junior Security Engineers on adversary tactics and remediation strategies.

What We're Looking For:

  • 5+ years
    of proven hands-on experience in
    penetration testing and offensive security
    .
  • Strong command over
    Burp Suite, Nmap, Metasploit, Cobalt Strike, BloodHound, and Empire
    .
  • Scripting expertise in
    Python, PowerShell, or Bash
    .
  • Demonstrated experience in
    purple-team operations
    with SOC collaboration.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and reporting skills.
  • Relevant certifications (OSCP, CRTP, CEH Master, or equivalent) are a plus.
