Location: On-site – Karachi

About the Role

Renexus Resource Group is looking for a talented and experienced Academic Writer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong command of academic writing across both technical and non-technical domains, with the ability to conduct in-depth research and produce high-quality content that meets international standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive research to develop well-structured academic papers, essays, and reports.
  • Write, proofread, and edit content for grammatical accuracy, logical flow, and originality.
  • Ensure adherence to various citation and formatting styles (APA, MLA, Harvard, etc.).
  • Use data analysis tools such as SPSS, MATLAB, EViews, and Stata for research-based projects.
  • Maintain consistency, clarity, and accuracy in all written materials.
  • Meet strict deadlines while upholding the highest quality standards.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members and contribute to project success.

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Excellent command over English language, grammar, and academic writing standards.
  • Strong research and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Word and MS Excel.
  • Familiarity with different linguistic and referencing styles.
  • Attention to detail, accuracy, and factual correctness.
  • Motivated, reliable, and deadline-oriented with a positive, can-do attitude.

Qualifications

  • Education: Diploma, A-Levels, or Bachelor's degree in English, Communication, or a related discipline.
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year of proven experience in academic or research writing.
  • Practical experience with SPSS, MATLAB, EViews, or Stata is strongly preferred.
