Responsibilities

• Support equipment projects from design through installation, commissioning and handover, working with suppliers and contractors.
• Assist in validation activities and ensure documentation supports regulatory and quality needs.
• Contribute to maintenance planning and the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
• Plan, execute, and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance of all mechanical systems on the production floor, ensuring PM checklist adherence, OEE achievement.
• Maintain accurate maintenance logs, records, and documentation for audits and traceability.
• Liaise with Production, Utility, and Engineering Stores to ensure effective maintenance planning and inventory control.
• Identify and contribute to cost-saving initiatives and Operational Excellence projects.

Education, Experience and Skills

• Bachelor's or Associate degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechanical Technology, or related field.
• Basic understanding of quality, safety and regulatory standards in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong spoken and written English and Urdu; clear communication and teamwork skills.
• Prior experience with packaging, packaging testing or packaging design projects.
• Experience with CMMS systems and asset management.
• Exposure to project coordination with suppliers and contractors.

Working arrangement

This position is on-site at our Pakistan manufacturing location. Occasional local travel between sites or to supplier locations may be required
