Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Administrator
to join our team in Singapore. You will be responsible for managing, configuring, and optimizing our Salesforce platform to support business operations, improve workflows, and enhance user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day administration of Salesforce, including user setup, roles, profiles, and permissions
  • Configure Salesforce objects, fields, workflows, reports, and dashboards to meet business requirements
  • Maintain data integrity by performing regular audits, deduplication, and validation
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and implement solutions
  • Provide training and support to end-users to maximize Salesforce adoption
  • Work with developers and external vendors on system integrations and enhancements
  • Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure platform security compliance
  • Stay updated on Salesforce releases, features, and best practices to recommend improvements

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, or related field
  • Proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator (2–5 years preferred)
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM 201) required; Advanced Administrator or other Salesforce certifications a plus
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce best practices, security, and automation tools (Flows, Process Builder)
  • Experience with data management and reporting in Salesforce
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
