Assistant to Director

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Assistant to Director to support day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will have strong Excel skills, experience in vendor management (visiting vendors for quotations), and prior exposure to recruitment processes. This role requires excellent organizational skills, effective communication, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Director in daily administrative and operational tasks.
- Prepare, maintain, and analyze data using Microsoft Excel (reports, budgets, records).
- Visit vendors to collect quotations, negotiate pricing, and support procurement activities.
- Support the recruitment process including sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders for smooth workflow.
- Draft letters, reports, and presentations as required.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive company and employee information.
- Manage appointments, schedules, and follow-ups for the Director.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, HR, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Assistant, HR Coordinator, or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, charts, pivot tables).
- Strong knowledge of recruitment and hiring processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to visit vendors/clients as required.
- Highly organized, with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
Preferred Skills:
- Negotiation and vendor management skills.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs60, Rs80,000.00 per month
