Role Description

This is an internship role for a Sales Executive. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and reaching out to prospective clients, presenting our housing project's features and benefits, and assisting clients with the booking process. Your day-to-day tasks will also include maintaining records of sales and client interactions, and providing exceptional customer service. This is an on-site role located in Mardan Division.

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Sales and marketing experience
  • Ability to understand and explain our housing project's features and benefits
  • Customer service skills
  • Proficiency in using MS Office and CRM systems
  • Negotiation and problem-solving abilities
  • A positive and proactive attitude
  • Previous experience in real estate is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business or related field is advantageous
