Job Overview:

We are looking for an energetic and motivated
Door-to-Door Sales Executive
to promote and sell our
Restaurant Management System (POS SaaS Solution)
to restaurants, cafés, bakeries, and food chains.

This role requires a passionate field salesperson who can
build relationships, demonstrate product value on-site, and close deals
to help restaurants streamline their billing, inventory, and customer service operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct
    door-to-door visits
    to restaurants, cafés, and F&B outlets to promote and sell the POS SaaS solution.
  • Deliver
    live product demos
    showcasing features like billing, inventory control, kitchen management, and analytics dashboards.
  • Identify
    customer pain points
    and present customized solutions that improve efficiency and reduce operational costs.
  • Generate
    leads, follow up on inquiries, and close sales
    through effective communication and negotiation.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, pipeline status, and conversions in the
    CRM system
    .
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to execute
    local promotions and campaigns
    .
  • Work closely with the customer success team to ensure
    smooth onboarding and client satisfaction
    .
  • Meet and exceed
    monthly and quarterly sales targets
    and performance KPIs.
  • Stay updated on
    competitor products, pricing, and market trends
    to position the company's solution effectively.
  • Represent the company professionally and maintain strong relationships with business owners and key decision-makers.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred but not mandatory).
  • 1–3 years of experience in
    field sales, door-to-door sales, or B2B sales
    , ideally in
    POS, SaaS, or FMCG
    sectors.
  • Strong
    communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
    .
  • Proven ability to
    generate leads and close deals
    independently.
  • Passion for technology and understanding of
    restaurant operations or POS systems
    is a plus.
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
  • Must have a
    bike or reliable transportation
    for field visits.
