We are seeking a passionate and customer focused Salesperson to join our Nigah clothing brand store. The ideal candidate should have a good sense of fashion, strong communication skills, and the ability to deliver an exceptional in-store customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

Welcome, assist, and guide customers throughout their shopping experience

Understand customer needs and suggest outfits, sizes, styles, and accessories accordingly

Explain product features, fabric details, pricing, and ongoing promotions

Keep store displays, shelves, changing rooms, and stock area organized and presentable

Replenish sold-out items and ensure correct size/colour arrangement on racks

Handle customer complaints politely and escalate when needed

Maintain knowledge of new arrivals, trends, and brand standerds

Requirements

Minimum education: Intermediate / FA / FSC or equivalent (mandatory)

Prior experience in retail clothing or fashion sales (preferred but not mandatory)

Strong communication, persuasion, and customer service skills

Well-groomed, presentable, and fashion conscious

Confident, energetic, and target-driven personality

Basic knowledge of POS/billing system
