Terms & Conditions:

  • Prices must be inclusive of all applicable taxes.

  • Clearly specify payment terms in your quotation.

  • Include a detailed work plan.

  • Required C4, C5 Category PEC Certificates.

  • The validity of the quotation should be 60 days.

  • Submit the quotation on your company letterhead, duly signed and stamped, ensuring it includes all requested information.

  • Delivery location: As per the attached school list

  • 20,000/- PKR (refundable) in terms of demand draft / pay order must be accompanied with quotation / bid on account of bid security.

  • Qualifier of the bid must submit 3% of the bid value as performance bond in shape of pay order / demand draft in the name of Human Development Foundation. This performance bond is refundable after 03 months of project completion.
