What You'll Do

This is a unique opportunity for a Machine Learning expert who is driven to build. We believe in empowering our engineers to own the entire lifecycle of innovation, from initial research to the final product that reaches our users.   • Pioneer Advances in Machine Learning.
     Your primary focus will be on high-impact ML research and engineering. You will architect novel predictive models, design sophisticated data enrichment pipelines, and invent new methods for composing intelligence to solve unique and challenging problems.

     You will build the applications and interfaces that make your models accessible and impactful. By creating the APIs and dashboards for your systems, you directly shape the user experience and ensure your work delivers its full value.

Who You Are

You are a builder at heart, with a deep specialization in quantitative modeling and prediction. You see AI assistants not as a novelty, but as an essential part of your modern development workflow.   • You already code with AI.
     You are fluent in using advanced AI code agents (like Claude or Gemini) as a daily partner in your work. This is a fundamental requirement.
  • You possess a deep, theoretical and practical understanding of modeling and prediction, likely demonstrated by a 
    Masters or PhD
     in a relevant field such as 
    Machine Learning, Statistics, or Economics
    .
  • You have a proven track record of 
    building complex models and data systems
     from the ground up, not just fine-tuning existing ones.
  • You have a 
    strong engineering foundation
     and the versatility of a generalist, comfortable applying your skills across diverse disciplines from data pipelines to user interfaces.
  • You are driven by a desire for
