Role Overview

As a Graphic Designer & Video Editor at Success Lab, you will be responsible for creating visually compelling designs and producing high-quality video content for various digital platforms. From branding assets and social media content to advertising campaigns and promotional videos, you will play a key role in shaping the visual identity of our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design engaging graphics, illustrations, and layouts for digital platforms (social media, websites, ads, etc.).
  • Edit and produce high-quality videos for campaigns, reels, and other digital marketing needs.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to translate ideas into visually appealing concepts.
  • Develop creative assets aligned with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
  • Stay updated with design and video editing trends to deliver fresh and innovative content.
  • Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.

Requirements

  • Relevant experience as a Graphic Designer and/or Video Editor (portfolio required).
  • Proficiency in video editing and AI tools or equivalent tools.
  • Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and composition.
  • Ability to edit short-form and long-form video content tailored for social media.
  • Creativity, adaptability, and a strong eye for detail.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Frest graduated or 7th semester candidate having knowledge on the above mentioned skills
  • Motion graphics and animation skills
  • Knowledge of current social media trends and content styles
