About the Role:

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced SQA Engineer to join our dynamic testing team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive manual and automated test cases to ensure the highest quality of our web and mobile applications. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, facilitating smooth integration and delivery of our products. Keeping up with the latest industry trends and best practices, you will play a critical role in maintaining and enhancing our product quality.

Your impactful Goals will include:

  • Understand the business logic of the system to deliver solutions that meet client requirements.
  • Provide support on live projects, efficiently developing detailed test cases, testing, and delivering project modules within assigned deadlines.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members, demonstrating excellent spoken and written communication skills in English.
  • Solve problems quickly and thoroughly, showing proactive involvement in addressing challenges.
  • Maintain a positive attitude and strong teamwork skills, contributing to a collaborative and productive work environment.

Functional Skills Requirement:

  • Proficiency in performing various types of testing, including functional, non-functional, and regression testing.
  • Hands-on experience with both white box and black box testing methodologies.
  • Attention to detail, particularly in ensuring compliance with User Interface (UI) and User Experience (UX) standards.
  • Ability to develop, maintain, and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases.
  • Practical experience with version control systems such as GIT or Azure DevOps.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies and practices.
  • Proficiency with automated testing tools, such as Selenium and JMeter.
