Job Title: Senior UI/UX Designer

Location: Lahore (On-site)

About the Role:

Citrok is looking for a highly skilled Senior UI/UX Designer with at least 5 years of proven experience in UI/UX design (not graphic design). The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in designing SaaS applications, excellent communication skills, and a track record of team management. This role requires both hands-on design expertise and leadership ability to guide a design team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the end-to-end design process for web and mobile applications, primarily SaaS products.
  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to create intuitive user experiences.
  • Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into effective design solutions.
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using industry-standard design tools.
  • Ensure design consistency across products with design systems and style guides.
  • Mentor and manage a small team of UI/UX designers, providing guidance and constructive feedback.
  • Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, best practices, and emerging tools.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience in UI/UX design (not graphic design).
  • Strong experience designing SaaS applications.
  • At least 2 years of team management or leadership experience.
  • Proficiency with tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
  • Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, usability, and accessibility.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience working in an IT/software house environment.
  • Knowledge of front-end development basics (HTML/CSS/JS) for better collaboration with developers.
