Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an L1 Support Engineer located in Lahore, with some work-from-home flexibility. The L1 Support Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting for a variety of IT issues. The role involves working closely with customers to resolve technical problems, managing operating systems, and delivering excellent customer service. Daily tasks include diagnosing hardware and software issues, responding to customer inquiries, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

- Ability to work independently and in a team
