We are looking for a talented Graphics/ UI/UX Designer to join our team and help us create user-centered digital experiences. You will be responsible for designing intuitive and aesthetically pleasing interfaces for web and mobile applications, leading the UX strategy, and collaborating with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality designs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs using tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD Adobe Photoshop.
  • Develop and maintain design systems and UI component libraries.
  • Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other designers to ensure a seamless user experience.
  • Ensure designs are responsive, accessible, and aligned with UX best practices.
  • Analyze user feedback and data to iterate on and improve designs.
  • Stay up to date with UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior designers.

Requirements:

  • 2 to 3 years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably in a senior role.
  • Strong proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and other design tools.
  • Experience with user research, usability testing, and A/B testing.
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and front-end frameworks (not mandatory but a plus).
  • Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX projects and design thinking.
  • Experience designing for mobile and web platforms.
  • Understanding of accessibility and usability principles.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
