Position Overview:

We're seeking an experienced SQA (Automation + Manual) Tester to ensure the quality and reliability of our software products. The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of experience in both manual and automated testing methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to comprehend product requirements thoroughly.
  • Identify, track, and resolve software defects efficiently.
  • Design, implement, and uphold automated test suites.
  • Conduct rigorous regression testing and meticulously analyze results.
  • Continuously enhance testing processes for optimal efficiency.
  • Write detailed test cases and proficiently execute them.
  • Demonstrate expertise in both Automation and Manual Testing.
  • Assess product quality meticulously.
  • Ensure interface compliance and compatibility.
  • Perform thorough end-to-end system integration and regression testing.
  • Execute QA plans and tests in close collaboration with the development team.
  • Maintain open and effective communication channels to ensure project success.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Strong proficiency in testing tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Appium).
  • Experience with scripting and programming languages
  • Understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and tools.
  • Knowledge of performance testing.
  • Experience with cloud platforms.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs150, Rs200,000.00 per month
