We are looking for a motivated and experienced Medical Billing Sales Specialist to join our growing team and help us expand our client base.

Job Description:

As a Medical Billing Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for prospecting, engaging, and closing sales with medical offices and healthcare providers. Your primary focus will be to promote our medical billing, coding, and credentialing services, demonstrating how our solutions can improve their revenue cycle management and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and prospect potential clients, including medical offices, clinics, and healthcare providers, through cold calling, email campaigns, and networking.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers, such as practice managers, physicians, and billing administrators.
  • Conduct consultations to understand clients' needs and present tailored solutions that align with their goals.
  • Effectively communicate the value proposition of our medical billing, coding, and credentialing services.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Collaborate with the onboarding and support teams to ensure a seamless transition for new clients.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, regulations, and competitors to position our services effectively.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in medical billing, coding, credentialing, or healthcare services.
  • Strong understanding of medical billing and revenue cycle management processes.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build rapport and establish trust with healthcare professionals.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Knowledge of HIPAA compliance and healthcare regulations is a plus.
